Common questions

Is PinTradr free? Yes. Scanning, collection size and tracking are free and unlimited.

How do I sign in? Enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code. There's no password to remember. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and that the email address is spelled correctly.

Where do pin values come from? From what traders report pins actually traded or sold for, plus any value you set yourself (private to you). Every value shows how confident it is and how recent its data is. Live eBay asking prices are shown separately and are not part of our estimate.

Can PinTradr tell me if a pin is fake? No. PinTradr shows common scrapper warning signs and community reports only, never a verdict. Use them as one input when you trade.

A pin's info or photo is wrong. Open the pin and tap Report a problem with this pin at the bottom. A moderator will review it.

How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your collection, photos, notes, lists, trade log, private values and reports. If you can't open the app, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.

How do I get a copy of my data? Email us from the address you signed up with.
