PinTradr Terms of Use

Effective date: October 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Thrift App LLC ("we", "us"), the maker of PinTradr. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Contact: trent@thriftapp.online

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 to use PinTradr.
• Keep access to your email (or Apple/Google account) secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

2. What PinTradr is, and isn't

• PinTradr helps you track a pin collection, log trades and see community information about pins.
• Values are estimates, not offers or appraisals. They come from community reports, your own entries and (shown separately) current eBay asking prices. They can be wrong or out of date. Every value shows how confident it is and how recent its data is.
• Scrapper information is a set of warning signs and community reports, not a determination of authenticity. PinTradr never declares a pin real or fake. Don't rely on it alone when buying, selling or trading.
• PinTradr doesn't buy, sell or broker pins. Trades and purchases are between you and the other person.

3. Content you add

• You keep ownership of the photos, notes and other content you add.
• Private content (your collection, photos, notes, trade log) is used only to provide the app to you.
• Shared content: when you submit a pin, report a price or report a possible scrapper, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, display, modify (for example crop or resize) and share that content within PinTradr and its catalog, including after you delete your account (approved catalog entries stay, without your name). You confirm you have the right to share it (for example, it's your own photo of your own pin).
• We may review, edit or remove shared content, and hide reports, at our discretion.

4. Rules

Don't:

• post false price reports or reports meant to harm a person, seller or pin's reputation;
• post anyone's personal information, or harassing, hateful or illegal content;
• upload photos you don't have the right to share;
• scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or try to break the service or its security;
• use PinTradr to sell counterfeit or scrapper pins as genuine.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Reporting problems

If you see content that breaks these rules, tap Report a problem with this pin at the bottom of any pin's page, or email trent@thriftapp.online. Moderators review reports and act promptly, including removing content and closing accounts.

6. Third-party services and data

• Live asking prices come from eBay and are subject to eBay's terms; tapping a listing opens eBay.
• Pin facts come from official product preview sheets and community submissions.
• PinTradr is an independent fan app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Disney. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Free app, changes and availability

• PinTradr's core features (scanning, collection size, tracking) are free. We may add optional paid features or ads later; we'll tell you in the app first.
• We may change or discontinue features. We'll try to give notice of major changes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

• PinTradr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
• To the extent the law allows, Thrift App LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on values or scrapper information, or from trades or purchases with other people. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or US $50.
• Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use PinTradr after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
